This work will include earthworks, modification of existing backstop structures, fencing replacement and associated features, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained with the tender document and drawings. All bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting noted below to take measurements, inspect all existing conditions and to ascertain the amount of work involved. The site meeting will be held on August 12, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at 917 Green Road, (Clarington Fields) North/South baseball diamonds.
