Request for Quotation No. 2026-115 For: SUPPLY OF DOUBLE-WALLED POLYETHYLENE STORAGE TANK FOR LANDFILL LEACHATE The County invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) or two (2) double-wall polyethylene storage tank(s) for storage of landfill leachate. The 440 m³ tank(s) must be tied into the existing 88 m3 tank to allow for a combined storage volume of approximately 528 m³. To minimize impacts to existing infrastructure, the tank(s) must fit into a 32 m x 10 m area adjacent to the existing 88 m³ tank. The tank(s) shall be suitable for continuous outdoor service and shall include all appurtenances, fittings, documentation, and accessories necessary for a complete installation. The Owner operates a landfill facility that generates leachate requiring temporary storage prior to transportation and/or treatment. The intent of this RFQ is to procure a robust storage system that: Provides primary and secondary containment. Is chemically compatible with landfill leachate. Meets applicable industry standards. Minimizes long-term maintenance requirements.
