Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Tire Servicing Equipment to 33 Service Battalion. Specifications are defined in Annex Statement of Requirement. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criterion. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 8 October 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Bidders should not assume that all documents have been received unless Canada confirms receipt of each document. To minimize the potential for technical issues, bidders are requested to allow sufficient time before the closing date and time to confirm receipt. Bid documents submitted and/or received after the closing time and date will not be accepted. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Most likely final-price range

$149,923 – $937,607 middle half of 23 recent mid-size contractor fencing & guiderail jobs — nothing closer on file yet
$537,789median of those jobs

Built from same-trade, same-crew-scale historical jobs: "awarded" rows are executed contract values, "low bid" rows are unofficial bid-opening totals. Similar scope is not identical scope — treat this as the bracket to sanity-check your own takeoff against, never as the estimate itself. Trade-wide, fencing & guiderail low bids run $741,950 median across 121 openings — full history on the board.
