Requirement of prequalification includes active, ongoing participation in a Construction Review Panel (CRP) as outlined in the RFPQ documents. The City is seeking Proposals from responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
Most likely final-price range
Built from same-trade, same-crew-scale historical jobs: "awarded" rows are executed contract values, "low bid" rows are unofficial bid-opening totals. Similar scope is not identical scope — treat this as the bracket to sanity-check your own takeoff against, never as the estimate itself. Trade-wide, general building low bids run $785,887 median across 783 openings — full history on the board.
