The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified Contractors to supply all labour, material, and equipment for the Main Street Revitalization project from Edward Street to 100m East of Park Street in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. The following General Contractor for this Work have been prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-26-023: CRCE Construction Ltd Dagmar Construction Inc. KAPP Infrastructure Inc. Memme Excavation Company Limited North Rock Group Ltd Rabcon Contractors Ltd. This Tender is restricted to prequalified contractors only. Bids submitted by firms that are not included on the above-mentioned approved prequalified contractors list for this project will not be considered. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the “Work”) for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town.
