BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : The work included the Sealant Replacement and Building Envelope Repairs for Newmarket Health Centre and Armitage Gardens, located at 194 and 200 Eagle Street, Newmarket. T he deliverables described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”) For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT : OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM : Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration. For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.
