THE BASEMENT WAS DESIGNED TO BE A SEPARATE UNIT FROM THE GROUND FLOOR UNIT, THEREFORE THE REQUIRED FIRE SEPARATIONS, AND MEANS OF EGRESS, WERE ADDED TO THE DESIGN. 2 THE CFM MECH UNITS IN THE BASEMENT WERE INSTALLED ON THE CEILING INSTEAD OF THE WALLS. 3, THE INSULATION ON THE BASEMENT EXTERIOR WALLS ( INSIDE INSULATION) WAS CHANGED TO HIGH DENSITY SPRAY INSULATION. 4, THE CEILING HEIGHT OF THE BASEMENT WAS INCREASED ( THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING DIDN'T CHANGE) . ALL CHANGES ARE BUBBLED IN THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS . THE REST OF THE DESIGN HAS NOT CHANGED. The proposed addition at the rear, proposed triplex.
