Fire Protection work consists of installing a new fire sprinkler system, and consists of installing new heat detectors in all suites in accordance with the approved alternative solution proposal dated November 5th 2024 and accepted by Toronto Fire November 25th 2024. The objective of the work is to provide the building with a combination of of protection and risk mitigation. Sprinklers are to be provided throughout the entire building.
