Proposal for elevation alterations. 1) New limestone cladding on existing precast finish of Columns, 8 columns at entrance of 105 Moatfield Dr. 3 levels above grade, 7 columns close to entrance of 105 Moatfield Dr. 2) Glass Fiber concrete cladding for remaining columns. 3) add decorative moulding / panels on existing precast cladding. 4) Glass Fiber concrete moulding added on top part of the elevations. 5) Glass Fiber concrete profiles to modify part of the existing fins. Other areas of the elevation will be cleaned and painted, that is not included in the building permit scope.
