Previously, electric baseboards were used in this area; ductless unit now provides heating and cooling for the entire space. 2.Washroom layout ¿ The washroom layout has been revised.3.Garage Separation from basement entry ¿ a Dimplex electric baseboard has been added to the new entry hall.4.ERV Addition- A new ERV has been added on the second floor, along with associated ductwork.5.Indoor Unit Relocation- Indoor unit IU-3 has been installed on the wall between the Office and Hall (open space). The previously installed electric baseboard in this zone has been removed.6.Bedroom 3 Modification- the previous indoor unit has been removed. Two new electric baseboards have been installed side by side to cover the load.7.Master Bedroom Layout ¿ the master bedroom layout has been modified.8.Ensuite Bathroom Skylight- A new skylight has been added to the ensuite bathroom.HVAC - Proposal for interior alterations, third floor addition, and construct a roof deck in proposed duplex.
